Delete your account

You can delete your AstroBond account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

In the app

1. Open My Profile and tap the settings icon.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm. Your profile, photos, Experience Map, messages, blocks and AI readings are removed at once.

By email

If you can no longer sign in, email hello@astrobond.app from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my AstroBond account". We'll confirm and delete within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Account and login credentials
• Profile, bio and photos
• Birth details and computed chart
• Experience Map entries
• Conversations and messages
• Blocks, reports you made, AI readings and usage counters

Encrypted backups expire within 30 days. Reports made about your account by other users may be retained for safety purposes, without your profile data.
